Booking and Payment Terms

1. Appointments and Bookings

  • Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or by other methods made available by us.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete.

2. Fees and Pricing

  • Fees for services are displayed on the Site or communicated to you at the time of booking.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

3. Payment

  • Payment may be required at the time of booking or at the time of your appointment, as specified during the booking process.
  • We accept payment methods as listed on the Site.
  • By providing payment details, you warrant that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify us within the timeframe specified at the time of booking.
  • Late cancellations or failure to attend an appointment (“no-shows”) may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any prepaid amounts.
  • Cancellation fees (if applicable) will be clearly disclosed during the booking process.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind unless required by law.
  • Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

6. Medicare, Private Health Insurance, and Rebates

  • Eligibility for Medicare or private health insurance rebates depends on your individual circumstances and the relevant provider’s terms.
  • We do not guarantee that you will be entitled to any rebate.
  • You are responsible for confirming your eligibility with Medicare or your health insurer.

7. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late for an appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session to avoid impacting other clients.
  • Full fees may still apply for late arrivals.

8. Right to Refuse or Cancel Appointments

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion, including where services are no longer available or where inaccurate information has been provided.
  • Provide a refund or reschedule where we cancel an appointment, unless cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
